Stress in the morning! Imagine getting an early morning call and one asking to "kindly help". What help ? Not buying coffee seedlings, not poultry feeds ,nothing. But asking a contribution towards their mbaga (celebration/party) for arsenal . Very annoying We need a serious mindset change!

A male bee mates for less than 5 seconds in midair. The ejaculation is so explosive you can hear it pop from a few feet away. His body rips in half. He falls dead before hitting the ground. And he is one of the lucky males in the hive. When a male bee, called a drone, chases down a queen mid-flight at speeds of 22 miles per hour, his entire reproductive organ turns inside out. The pressure required for this comes from nearly all the blood in his body, which rushes downward to force the organ outward like a spring. The semen fires into the queen with so much force it makes the audible pop. The organ then snaps off and stays lodged inside her like a cork. As he flips backward off her body, his abdomen rips open. The next drone waiting his turn has to physically yank out the dead male's cork before he can mate. The same thing then happens to him. The queen does this 12 to 20 times in a single afternoon. She flies up to a spot in the sky that beekeepers call a drone congregation area. Picture an invisible meeting point about 50 to 130 feet above the ground where up to 11,000 male bees from as many as 240 different hives are hovering, waiting for her. These spots stay in the exact same locations year after year, sometimes for over a decade. No one fully understands how brand new drones, born only weeks earlier, find them. By the end of her mating run, the queen has collected around 100 million sperm cells. She keeps only 5 to 6 million in a tiny internal storage organ that keeps them alive for years. From that supply, she uses just two sperm cells per egg for the rest of her life, laying up to 2,000 eggs a day for 2 to 7 years. After that one afternoon in the sky, she will never mate again. A 2019 study from UC Riverside, the University of Copenhagen, and the University of Western Australia found that bee semen contains toxic proteins that temporarily blind the queen by interfering with how vision genes function in her brain. If she can't see well, she can't fly out again to mate with more males. Their semen also carries a separate protein that attacks and kills sperm cells from rival drones still inside her. The males keep competing long after every one of them is dead. The 99.9% of drones who never get to mate have it worse. As autumn arrives, the female worker bees in the hive stop feeding their brothers, then drag them out of the entrance after biting off their wings. The drones can't fly back in. They starve or freeze in the grass within days. The colony raises a fresh batch of disposable males the next spring, and the whole cycle starts over.

There's a cosmetics' shop in Kampala whose owners live in the USA but have left in the care of people who they trust , but the day they know how they treat customers , it will be over for me . This shop is filled to capacity with everything needed for the skin ,which means that the owners do expect good returns . However , the workers have very stinky and ugly attitudes that you'll enter the shop ,stand there while none of them attends to you just because they're busy scrolling through tiktok. These are people whose transportation and feeding are catered for on a daily basis ,and expect to be paid at the end of every month . The money that caters for their needs comes from sales. But the day satan betrays them and the owners know about it , huuuuuhhhh,I'll be waiting mubitiibwa

The sustainable fight against corruption will be by building institutions (not individuals) and letting them do their job. The current celebration can be understood. Naturally, we celebrate the ongoing action against AAA because of the anger we have towards her displayed insensitivity, with on-camera extravagance, theft, and impunity. Her biggest fault is rubbing it in our faces and persecuting critics/opponents, otherwise corruption per se is normal now. The moment is also used as an outlet for the accumulated frustrations in the public. In a place where corruption is hardly ever genuinely fought, this isolated action had to be exciting - no matter its political intentions. But, knowing what we know, including that Mawanda is a big PLU official, we need to come back to our senses after the AAA downfall excitement. Other bizarre things are passing in the dust of this dance. We need to remain cynical because many other known corrupt people who are still in good books are walking heads high. There is no new beginning being announced with regard to integrity; it is more of an announcement of the might of a new power base. We need to continue demanding that illegality is not fought with illegality and arbitrariness. We naturally didn’t care who sorts the irritating AAA, but we should know that if relevant institutions were allowed to do their job and also checked, the AAA phenomenon wouldn’t have taken this long to be brought to order. We know why the IGG and Auditor General developed cold feet during the earlier Parliament Exhibition, as they often do around big political darlings. We watched Parliament become the casino that it is. Government can’t act shocked, except in announcement of incompetence. We know why many relevant bodies can’t do their job. We can also see that the AAA issue has been choreographed and performed in a way that politically channels credit to an individual who shouldn’t have been at the center of it in a healthy system. That is why it came along with announcement of his preferred replacement - an early patronage sign that the cycle is likely to be repeated. We have not failed to stop corruption because of lack of individuals who care. It is because of a political system that thrives on corruption and only affords an occasional performance of fighting it where some political interests are at risk or when we want to politically manufacture credit and power for special individuals. A more sustainable fight should be institutional, constitutional and non-selective.
