Italy 🇮🇹: Nigerian migrant Omo Robert was expelled from Malta after being caught sexually abusing a female horse. Where did he go? Straight to Italy, of course, welcomed as a guest by Caritas while waiting for asylum. There, he stormed into a shop armed with a hammer and, without any provocation, savagely attacked the owner and a customer, striking them repeatedly with the hammer. The 54-year-old shopkeeper was massacred on the spot and died. The customer is hospitalized in serious condition. He tried to flee but was arrested shortly after by the Carabinieri.

 The program intended for home and community care instead of institutions was gamed for “companionship” services with no medical training required or proof of delivery This turned into a massive fraud network rather than genuine care, with shell companies acting as pass-throughs
