#chadtbs is hilarious. Before watching the show, I assumed a flop. The commercials advertising the show were poor as they focused on low level physical humor. But the writing/dialogue is brilliant. Best comedy I’ve seen in a long time.

@AdamMGrant I think it’s most similar to a sports team. Find the best person for every position. Build a team mentality and trust in each other. Everyone’s goal is to do the best in their position and win as a whole. Cut those that underperform or don’t fit the team strategy.

The rhetoric about a company being a family is not realistic. Parents don't fire or furlough their children to cut costs. Leaders would be better off calling their company a community: a place where people feel a sense of belonging and care about one another.
