We said this (as a meme) between 2017 - 2020. Immigration than became a more salient issue, and we changed course. We have not supported this policy (or anything like it) in over four years.
Take that lesson and extrapolate it as you will

@Benthamsbulldog Yeah I guess I'm way more pessimistic about the rollout of lab-grown meat. As you noted, economic development will lead to far greater quantities of factory farmed animals probably more than offsettings lab-grown meat substitution for years to come

If you're depressed about the election, remember three things:
1) Lots of smart people think a Trump win is good. The world's hard to forecast--maybe they're right.
2) The world's getting dramatically better over time.
3) God exists, which is a much bigger deal!
