Hi @UPS_UK I sent my nephews their Christmas gifts by next day delivery by 2pm today. It’s 10pm now and the parcel hasn’t arrived - tmrw is Christmas Eve. The tracking says “Due to operating conditions your parcel has been delayed”. I’m worried my nephews won’t get their gifts

@Jeremy_Hunt 2. Shouldn’t we be providing N95 masks instead of basic surgical masks? The downgrade of coronavirus is at odds with WHO advice and seems designed to avoid the necessity to provide N95 masks.
