@elonmusk Mr Musk, this is my second attempt to ask if your BORING Co, could be used to re-direct waist rain water from wet States to dry States. Perhaps solving yearly forest fires. China is doing it. Thanks.

@elonmusk Mr.Musk, why can your Boring Company create a path for fresh water from wet States to dry States. Perhaps to put an end to wild fires. There are many section of the US that rain water is being waist. China did it.Thanks.
