@Macstradamous @OmarKelly Sonny’s tackling leaves a lot to be desired. He doesn’t have great tackling power and is often getting dragged when he tackles. I fear he may be a bit of a workout warrior.

In better news, I found a bug in the WebSocket implementation of OpenClaw's OpenAI API implementation that causes these "yes I will do x" for GPT 5.4 - and then the model just stops. We didn't send the new "phase" parameter. My Free Agency interest list from OnlyFins discord. With one obvious exception, tried to stick to players I thought might sign for minimum or just above minimum deals. Difficult exercise, “good but not too good?” Some of these will definitely get paid more than Miami can afford!

@Marcel_LJ Out of a possible 51 games he’s missed ~32 due to injury coming off a QB who can’t stay healthy. With a GM that said you have to look at trends and patterns of availability and determine if that is a problem. Not sure I see that as something this regime sees appeasing.

I think that approach for him changes now that he’s elevated the awareness of the program but when you’re building something out that was never really a powerhouse football program. Had to take drastic measures especially with current state of transfer portal. Time will tell.

I love Cignetti and I would love him in Miami but I do wonder how quickly he would adapt his college strategy to something completely different in the pros. His college strategy is essentially the pro equivalent of acquiring a bunch of veterans with a ton of experience via trade and free agency. It’s a “fuck them kids” strategy. He has one of the oldest teams in college football. But the NFL is a young man’s game. We have seen up close some of the pitfalls of relying too much on those free agents, veterans, and big trade targets.
