@SamsungIndia @SamsungTV Hands down the worst customer service and after sales service. Purchased a TV it got some display issue, they replaced the panel and it's still bad. Complained again. "Oh just extend the warranty" they said. Hassasment. Crazy fraud and harassment.

Bought a jbl wired earphones it stopped working in a month so I made a tweet and they replaced it under warranty. now the replacement product also stopped working like what is happening? @JBLaudio @HARMANservices @JBLINDIA it's frustrating honestly.

Is JBL a joke? @JBLaudio @JBLINDIA purchased this wired earphone this month But the quality of the product was so bad Left side stopped working last week and I've been trying to register the warranty claim. They won't take the invoice lol
