Contacted @OneMcr at about 5 1/2 hours ago and all I get is this, is someone coming out or not?

@OneMcr In the end nobody turned up to open the door for me from @OneMcr and I would probably still be waiting

12.05 am I ended up in my flat, I don't feel okay today, about 8 hours standing up, my legs don't feel right and I thought I was going to be murdered, @OneMcr are always saying they perform well and do right, I think they don't give a toss about their tenants and they bully.

And they wonder why I don't open the door to them at times

@OneMcr leaving me out in the cold I contacted them about 4.30pm and now they're saying this

I don't fancy being out here all night, it's starting to become quite cold
