why do people defend z up when Y up has the little stick on it pointing upwards, clearly denoting it as the only choice for being the upwards direction

No fall damage for single player adventure games is such good game design imo. Like a player's progress is already halted in a majority of these cases, why punish them further by making them take damage to limit the times they can try again?

PS5 was marketed to be this crazy next gen console. While it’s been a couple years since its initial release, they’ve done nothing to make it significantly different. We’ve reached a point of consoles where the upgrade is a PC not a Pro model.
