@Tripadvisor @bookingcom I booked a room @ Crown & Cushion, Chipping Norton. Have just been told by proprietor that there is no pool and no breakfast. Now told I cannot get a refund. This is outrageous misrepresentation and you should not be listing this hotel

@ScottishPower impossible to phone you (long queues - hours wasted) or chat (bot asks wrong questions, ends chat). Smartmeter not working, usage not being measured. If you wait a year and then send me a retrospective estimated bill, I will be unable to pay. How do I contact you?
