As a man of #SouthAsian decent, father has a stent, three grandparents who died of heart attacks, and an elevated #ApoB, my biggest fear is early heart disease and not being my best self for my kids and family. Curious if studies like @ourhealthstudy and @masala_study are investigating sterols/stanols and whether we have a genetic predisposition as #hyperabsorbers? Typical Indian diet def doesn’t help…
