@SebJohnsonUK These changes are good but exacerbate the problems of the 90 day post termination exercise window coupled with the fair market value methodology adopted in the last few years. Vested seed stage employees needing to pay six figure sums to get illiquid common stock is a disaster.

As of today, the UK is now one of the best places for employee equity anywhere in the world. New changes to the EMI scheme are coming in to place: > Employee headcount cap has doubled from 250 to 500 people. > The asset threshold has gone from £30m to £120m. > The scheme duration has increased from 10 to 15 years. These changes move the UK to the top of the G7 ranks for employee equity which is AMAZING news. Huge shoutout to the likes of @vojtech, @Dom_Hallas and many others who have fought for this

10) The truth is we are all still learning the right interfaces for agents. But shipping, listening, and iterating has made our thinking a lot more nuanced in the last two months.
