@greggislocallfc When I say spoilt, I mean he was a generational manager. We might not see another Jurgen in our lifetime. The budgets, the squad management and the trust in the kids, along with the enthusiasm etc. He changed the whole football club and made us world class again

I get what you mean by “spoilt” but was it really spoilt? He put us on a pedestal where we could pump our chests out coz we knew we were one of the best, and we acted like it. They are the standards this football club expects and have been the standards since the great man Shankly installed it into the clubs DNA. Were we spoilt? You can definitely argue it but not necessarily Did we have some of the best days of our lives? Most definitely Is it a bad thing to keep hold of those high standards because you want to keep having the best days of your life? Not at all

This is the most conflicted iv ever felt as a Liverpool supporter. I see someone say one thing and wholeheartedly agree and then see someone say something the complete polar opposite and still wholeheartedly agree.

The way I look at it is if the footy on the pitch was inspiring and exciting, half the things being said wouldn’t have been said. There just doesn’t seem to be any emotion in how we play or from the manager. Not saying I want him to be performative but Klopp would act like he was in the back of 305 on the touch line every game
