Baltimore police officer Parks attempts to run over a local resident with his police vehicle for no apparent reason. People recording the video don't appear to speak intelligible english but that doesn't seem to be a reason to use deadly force. Officer Parks then proceeds through an intersection, comes back, and drives the police vehicle into an elderly woman's row home. I have two from @ToorKnives that I'm absolutely in love with. Their Tomahawk and their Apnea Abyss which are both just stellar in quality and sharpness. I actually had to run out to my work truck and grab the Tomahawk once when things got weird in an abandoned nursing home I was doing work in. I don't entirely believe in ghosts but I also can't explain what I experienced 🤣
