What I expected to happen at city hall yesterday has actually happened in mukono. Yesterday all NUP councilors voted as a block their speaker. Today in mukono council after swearing in, they went to vote a speaker. NUP had 18 councilors which were enough to vote a speaker and NRM 6. Greedy hungry fools have switched and voted for NRM after getting some small pocket change. Ugandans u deserve this govt gasiya. Laba embwa ezo.
