@PoD_travelnews Is there any further update on those 40 coaches? My son is in one of them and has been waiting since 2pm. That’s over 9 hours sat in Dover. False promises of an 8pm ferry, now it’s a midnight ferry. I will believe it when I see it!

There are currently about 40 coaches in the Port awaiting immigration processing at the border. The current waiting time for these vehicles is around 4 hours. Thank you for your patience as we try get these vehicles to their onward journey

@TracyGrace20091 @PoD_travelnews They left at 6am, got to Dover at 2pm expected a delay but were told they would be on 8pm ferry. It’s almost 1030 and they are now being told they will be on midnight ferry. I don’t hold out hope. Good luck 🤞🏻

@PoD_travelnews Total lies. My sons coach got there at 2pm and are still nowhere near boarding. They were told they would be on 8pm ferry, clearly not! Get more people employed, get more boats out! Terrible management. Totally appalling service.

@PoD_travelnews My son has been stuck there since 2pm and was told they would board at 8 - they haven’t moved since! The are on a school trip to Disney with just 2 days in the park. Looks like it will now just be one day. Fuming! Totally unbelievable, and extreme bad management.

@EpicGames Really shocked at the poor customer service Epic Games has! No phone number, no live chat, just emails that are not responded to for days!!! Been trying to resolve an issue since 7th June and no further forward!!!!
