@MetelliSilvia Dear @MetelliSilvia, thanks so much. I think I just found the error; I had one study in the file that had the same intervention name listed in “treat_class” but using different meds. So it looked like one study had a duplicate of the intervention.

@MetelliSilvia I am using NMAstudio (I really like it so far!) but have some trouble with uploading data for some csv files. For one of my outcome .csv files it worked very well, but for another file the upload button becomes activated but does not advance to next screen. Tips?

@wviechtb @eshackathon Thank you Wolfgang! The app is fully built in Python using Dash, which is a interactive framework from Plotly. I use the package 'rpy2' to connect Python to R and 'cytoscape' for the interactive network :)
