@British_Airways is anyone there? I have arrived and have zero clothing and toiletries. This is NOT acceptable. Can’t get through to anyone on customer service. @British_Airways British Airways- you left my bag behind, you left me out of pocket, you left me stranded without transport late at night. Your terrible service meant I lost 2 days of a 4 day break. And yet you still haven’t resolved my complaint or reimbursed me. #angry

@British_Airways @alex_cruz to really round off this “exceptional” experience with BA, we took off nearly 2 hours late and have now been at the baggage reclaim for over an hour. No info. No BA staff.

@British_Airways Absolutely diabolical customer service @British_Airways . So far NONE of your systems, call centres or staff have helped me. I’ve had to call the airports both sides to track it and now have to travel to go and pick it up. I will be following this with a serious letter
