If Tamil Nadu Government wants, it can create a space org better than ISRO and be globally competitive with Anna University and the Gov Staffs. Tamil Nadu's most talented, intelligent & capable people are at the Tamil Nadu government. Thanks to the TNPSC and high competitive education system. But their skills are under utilized, these people have the intensity to even replicate a Manhattan project, with the amount of dedicationthey have in doing things and solving problems. But sadly are not utilised by the government.
