@HertzES this is the car you rented to me and this is your own photo contained in the damage report which you emailed me a few days after the car collection - as I did not sign this report I do not accept that this is a legal document - you are criminals.

Hertz Car Rental Palm - AVOID - no surprise they took the deposit on return - even though I had not incurred any damage - completely dishonest rental company. They have the collection and return system worked out to cheat you out of your money - a completely dishonest company!!!

Hertz Car Rental Palm - AVOID - the most dishonest and corrupt car rental company - & you can't call them or message them. I booked a car and on collection found it had scratches down both sides which were hard to see in the collection garage and the car wasn't even full of fuel!

Again - Palma - BA check desks on the screens and passengers are made to wait an hour for the check-in staff to arrive....why?
