second reason is if you google "marrow curry" or "marrow bao" or "teriyaki marrow" or whatever you always get recipes for bone marrow which makes it just that bit harder to get recipe inspo

first it doesnt taste of anything and takes up so much space in your fridge and you have to de seed it even though its just a big courgette
