@Headteacherchat If you feel motivated to do it then go for it! Don’t wait around for anyone to tell you otherwise. You may not have the same motivation to complete one when someone else tells you that you’re ready.

Anon post: My school has inquired if we're interested in pursuing an NPQ. I'm completing my ECT year and have consistently received great feedback in all observations. Is 25 too young to begin or inquire about an NPQ? I want to avoid appearing arrogant or anything of that sort.

Thoughts… 💭 Y6 child loves rugby but his behaviour & attitude towards his learning is so poor right now. Only rugby tournament of the year is during the first week of S1 (full day). He’s the best player. Do you remove him from the team & not allow him to go? #edutwitter
