@MarcusLuther6 I've done this with my Google Chrome tabs organizer. One tab for each of my four preps, one for each of my two (current) major roles on top of preps, and one catch-all. I can work on one job at a time, while ignoring my five other jobs. All better! 😬

@CallMeMoprah Thank you for this tweet! My daughter inherited this behavior from me and it’s a hundred times harder to watch her struggle through this at eleven years old than it has been for me to deal with my whole life. Knowing we are not alone is so important. 💜

It’s been almost 5 days that I haven’t picked at my fingers. I didn’t realize how much I used it to cope until I made a goal of not doing it - I feel like I’m holding my breath, and if I could just pick *a little* I’d be able to sigh out. Someone tell me it gets easier??

@heymrsbond People do it. I did it. But that doesn’t mean we’re doing it right or that there isn’t a better way. The only thing that saved me were summers off with my babies. I lived for that time. Still do.
