@Telstra Hi Tim B. I called yr support team on Friday and spent over an hour waiting for them to resolve it. A specialist team was going to call us back between 4 and 48 hours. No heard anything and issue still not resolved.

@easyJet how come your £5 bag drop offer (which none of your ground staff knew about!) has charged me a £1 “foreign cash fee” when I was at Gatwick bag drop! I was on British soil!
