@vaibhav_dubey @airindia @airindia vegan is vegetarian without dairy. So any Indian meal can be made vegan if you substitute milk/butter/ghee/yogurt with vegan versions of it. Eg: tofu butter masala (with vegan butter, vegan cream), etc. It may require research to accommodate this & we hope you can🙏🏼

#1 @airindia flew Business class from SFO to Bangalore on AI176 on 5th Dec. My meal choice was vegan meal. I was expecting some great Indian vegan food, as naturally most Indian cultural food has so much flavor, variety, healthy and vegan. Was thoroughly disappointed by AI.

Vegan food is mind-blowingly nutritious and healthy. I know of many vegan body builders. BTW few veggie deer species have carnivores teeth.🤷

Animals eat a lot more plants to grow and survive! For 1kg of chicken you need 7.2kg of grains. So vegetarians or meat eaters eat more plants and also kill animals than vegans
