First @nayapay blocks ur account calling it fraud. Then even after 1 year while sitting on ur money they dont declare u a fraud with proofs neither open ur account. Infact they send you multiple agents with different names asking u same questions and dissappear .

@SameerKhan52794 To ensure that our platform remains affordable and account for genuine mistakes, all users have a limit of 5 failed international transactions on their card before fees are due. Failure to pay the fees accrued results in card getting blocked.

Believe me its more than 50 days, I've called their call center more than 15 times, wrote more than 50 emails to their department, despite submitting all the documents, they are deliberately ignoring. Seems like that's their internal corruption

Sad reality of #Pakistani companies like #Dawlance once you face an issue, there’s no proper service or accountability. Then we wonder why people don’t trust “Made in Pakistan.” Local brands need better service, not just big advertising. Sincere advice buy anything from Dawlance!

I am able to reach the number, and I select the language too (tried both Urdu & eng), but right after the robo says the phone number is not recognized and the line disconnects. I live abroad, I don't have access to the Pak number, and trying to call and unlock my acc

@nayapaypk trying to access my locked account while being abroad, but then the robo doesn't recognizes the international number. Additionally can't setup a new account with an international number. What's the point of having an international helpline? Can you assist please

@nayapaypk @NayaPay Why are customers being charged for FAILED transactions? No service received, money deducted, and card blocked. Post-transaction notifications are NOT prior consent. This has been reported to SBP. Others facing same issue should speak up. #NayaPay #Fraud

Switched to @nayapaypk for active use, but failed transactions still deduct money from the account 🤦‍♂️ Worst support system too. No replies, no proper help, no resolution. Terrible experience. Uninstalling. Again, worsstttt experience of Banking ever — please avoid using it
