3rd graders in Mrs. Gill's class at South spent the whole year writing back and forth with their pen pals at the Hingham Senior Center. As an end of the year celebration, students met their pen pals in person!

Our 3rd Grade Mock Town Meeting went off without a hitch today at Old Ordinary! Thank you to retired East teacher Beverly Vernon, HEF, town officials, and the social studies department for organizing this event that educated our students on this important democratic process.

These red T-shirts and smiling faces will soon be seen all around town, as HHS seniors participate in today's annual "Harbormen Helping Hingham" day of community service.

Congratulations to the newest members of the Phalanx Honor Society! Phalanx recently inducted 17 new members, 3 honorary members, and gave out 6 White Key Awards, which are given to freshman and sophomore students in recognition of early leadership and service.
