पाकिस्तान में झेलम नदी के किनारे बसा हुआ भेरा (Bhera) शहर ! बटवारे से पहले इस शहर में एक भी मुस्लिम नहीं रहता था पूरा शहर बनियों जैन सभी जातियों के हिन्दुओं और सिखों से भरा था ! यह शहर जीटी रोड पर था बिजनेस का बहुत बड़ा केंद्र था और सिल्क रुट पर था ! लोग कहते हैं कि इस शहर का रहने वाला लगभग हर व्यक्ति उस जमाने में भी लखपति था क्योंकि ज़्यादातर हिन्दू बड़े व्यापारी थे ! इस शहर में मकानों के खंडहर देखकर लगता है उस जमाने में यह शहर कितना खूबसूरत हुआ करता होगा ! बंटवारे के वक्त यहाँ रहने वाले हिन्दुओं को अपना यह शहर छोड़ना पड़ा ! लेकिन इस शहर के लोगों को यह विश्वास था कि वह फिर वापस आएंगे ! इसीलिए उस क़त्लेआम के माहौल में उन्होंने अपने गहने और कीमती सामान वहीं अपने घरों में छुपा दिए ! बंटवारे के बाद जब कुछ घरों में से सोना चांदी और कीमती सामान मिले तो आसपास के शहरों में यह खबर फैल गई कि हिन्दुओं और सिखों ने काफी सोना चाँदी अपने-अपने घरों में छुपा रखा था जिसे वो यहीं छोड़ गए ! उसके बाद मुसलमानों में इस शहर में हर एक घर को तोड़कर सोना चांदी कीमती सामान तलाशने की होड़ मच गई और इस शहर के सारे घर खोद डाले गए ! उस सोने चाँदी के लिए जिसे हिन्दू इस उम्मीद में छुपा छोड़ गए थे कि वो फिर से अपने घरों में वापस आएंगे ! 1947 में हिन्दू अपने उन घरों को, जिनमें वो अपने भरे पूरे परिवार सहित सैंकड़ों सालों से रहते आए थे केवल अपनी जान और बहू बेटियों की इज़्ज़त बचाने के लिए रातों रात हमेशा के लिए छोड़ना पड़ा। घोर हिन्दुत्व विरोधी ढोंग्रेस आज हिन्दुओं को एक बार फिर उसी दौर के नज़दीक ले आई है ! जिसके बाद उन्हें अपने उन घरों का कभी मुँह देखना भी नसीब नहीं हुआ ! जय अखंड भारत 🇮🇳

@SiddharthKG7 And why in every police investigation related show, the protagonist has to have a personal issue. Male/female lead makes no difference. There is always a personal issue which slows the pace of the story and hardly makes any difference to it.

Don’t wanna criticise again. Just observing Netflix and Prime both brought a police investigation show under women officers. Timing is similar, background story is similar about personal troubles, both shows got good supporting actors. But, where one grips you in the story & eerie buildup, the other failed to keep attention even for 5 minutes. Whatever you need to know about weak writing, bad acting, missing convictions, bad dialogue delivery, accent failures, zero expressions, below par cinematography is the difference between these two shows. Oh! And I don’t know what is wrong with Prime as it is failing to give great shows now. It used to own Netflix once.

@mrsinha I was passing through Punjab towards Himachal on 6th and 7th Oct. Just 50 of them occupied the highway on both days, unnecessarily harassing the public. But I guess this is what the people of Punjab voted for. They supported the so-called farmers laying seage on Delhi borders.

"Farmers" are protesting.. Did you see "seculars" supporting them? Any "No Annadata No Food" type campaign/hashtags? No... Because it's happening in Punjab, against Punjab's AAP govt....
