@Victorianplumb Thanks this has finally been sorted by Hannah, hopefully a working toilet arriving tomorrow. It’s not the fact that things go wrong it’s the lack of communication that frustrates customer’s.

Terrible customer service, no contact number hide behind emails and chat. No accountability when handling complaints ask for further information then no feed back they have a poor complaints process simply ignoring problems.
