@FUTDonkey @tichyburner Personally I think he left because fundamentally he wasn’t enjoying his football anymore being restricted so had already made his mind up to leave half way through the season. Barcelona was like a job while being main man at PSG was like playing freely on the streets again.

People who hype Neymar at Barcelona are unreasonably annoying to me. He was so much better for PSG and Brazil than he ever was for Barca where he was forced into a constrained role in a Messi-led JDP team. It’s the least enjoyable period of his prime for me as a Neymar fan.

One thing I always hated during Neymar’s time at barca was how he always tailed off towards the 2nd half of every season bar the 2014/15 season.
However, if it weren’t for injuries, he would have done a madness at PSG. He would’ve gotten to unprecedented levels.
