Why is there still no regulatory clarity in the US? It's simple: Because of Ethereum investors who bribed the SEC. People thought there was clarity because the bribed SEC officials let them believe there is. Remember when the SEC filed it's lawsuit against Ripple? Everyone said the rules are clear. Now everyone says Ripple was right. Why? Because Ripple was able to make it completely obvious that the clarity Ethereum got was only because of bribes to the SEC.

Bitcoin is my #2 holding by USD value in my crypto portfolio. Today, I sold 5% of my BTC and rotated it to XRP. While it's not a significant amount of the BTC, it's the beginning of the process. I've started. Plan is to continue doing so up to 50% of my BTC.
