It's been a month and neither my issue has been resolved nor anyone listens to it. Is this what @airtelindia serves to their customer?

@airtelindia I understand that you too care for your staff. But in the middle of this I am stuck with no help. Since due to no service on my sim card I am unable to access otp to get into app. So could not use it.
