After talking to Customer care and taking it to seniors they even disabled the return option.. bravo move... always think about this before you order any from Nykaa scam company @MyNykaa

@ParulGoyal1999 @nykaa It's like you have to beg for support, they are holding my money and products and don't want to provide support. While the package is sitting there, the only support website says it will be delivered soon. but looks like it wont be happening!

@shadowfax_in shadowfax delivery is the most slow useless and cheating delivery partner I have experience whenever I buy something if any chance they have delivery partner is shadowfax it's always keep delay parcel stuck in there warehouse and even damage and deliver parcel.

@PlatinumRxIndia Don’t use @shadowfax_in for medicine deliveries, or the person may die waiting for the medicines to reach their home. Today, the delivery person didn’t receive my calls and instead was trying to cancel my delivery.
