At Noble's last Board mtg it was shared that they had $58M in operating cash & saw an increase of $8M in cash & investments in just the last 6 mnths! That's over $1M/month going to the bank & not our classrms. If UNE had a seat at the table & could use our collective power

Noble’s Board meets 2/6. Why does a Board of 20 people, w/ no classrm experience, have more power & say in how our schools r run than we do? We need a union contract 2 guarantee educators have a say in our working conditions, not just a select few. #FOIAFriday @CTULocal1 @ChiACTS

Remember our petition asking the Network to “create a salary sched based on input fr paras, college counselors, ofc staff, disciplinarians, & social workers to rectify the inequity in pay (based on gender & race)?” We need a contract 2 addr the inequities that exist #FOIAFriday

1) Last yr Noble's old CEO Mike Milkie instituted a salary sched that failed 2 incl integral support staff like paras, disciplinarians, ofc staff, social workers & college teams. Be4 his departure, we rec'd salary info (10-30-18) for all Noble staff: bit.ly/FOIAFriPay

#FOIAFriday Today we're sharing Noble's principal bonus criteria as obtained from the Network via our December FOIA request. Do you get a bonus? How is your bonus determined? A union contract would establish guaranteed compensation standards for Noble staff. @ChiACTS @CTULocal1
