What is the SANCTION? A player is SENT OFF 📕 for committing a DOGSO offence ➡️ outside the penalty area ➡️ when the referee awards a penalty kick and the offence was NOT an attempt to play a ball e.g. holding, pulling, pushing ➡️ when it is handball wherever the offence occurs

Someone had this programme this evening, it was planted on purpose, there was a free drink in it for the person brave enough to come forward but nobody appeared #unluckeeeee
