There’s a tweep who went to that UOX handover wearing a replica of Speaker Emeritus Anita Among’s dress. She’s proof that you don’t need $10,000 dresses to dress rich.

I have ‘friends’ who only contact me when they are looking for their business or want me to connect them to someone in my circles for business! They have never even sent a hello just to check on me. Is this networking or friendship?

🔥 This is a very touching video 📸 👉 It can be tough if you migrate without a solid plan. 🔥 I recall one of my professors telling me that the most poor people are in Europe & USA . Once you have no credit card, it is over. 🔥 More love!

LIFE REALITIES The most certain thing in life now is expenditure. Be it health, education, food, shelter etc The most uncertain in Uganda for example is earning. Therefore, protecting earning must be a priority at all costs. Think about this! Uganda collects around ushs 32 trillion in taxes annually, our expenditure 2026/2027 is close to ushs 85 trillion. If you are knowledgeable, that’s a position all of us fight against. How? Protect opportunities

Words like “favorable” instead of “favourable” disturb my sight! “Color”instead of “colour”, “Honorable” instead of “Honourable”…particularly in official documents!!!

Many people have been inquiring about the content of the letter I wrote and sent to President @KagutaMuseveni. Here it is. It is simple and straightforward. The letter calls for constructive dialogue. Its basic premise is the guidance given by the President in Kyankwanzi that the ultimate power to DECIDE who becomes Speaker lies with the MPs the majority of whom belong to NRM. The Central Executive Committee however has the duty to RECOMMEND candidates to the Caucus. Therefore the decision of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus will determine who becomes Speaker. Therefore the vote by the whole Parliament will only seal the Decision of the Caucus. That is why a well guided process of the Caucus is pivotal. My letter asks that I be one of those whose names should be forwarded by CEC for consideration by the Caucus.. The basis of the letter is the Cooperation between @NRMOnline and @DPSecretariat1 which the President referred to in the first five minutes of his Inaugural Address, and what I call the Spirit of 1986 under which NRM and DP worked together to rebuild Uganda. The English say “it takes two to tango.” My mother’s people say “engalo ibiri nokunaabisana.” Unfortunately the Spirit of 1986 did not evolve. It failed to break the political mold that ushered in our chaotic post independence politics. We have an opportunity to break the mold that scatters our energies. A dynamic cooperation can evolve into an alliance, a coalition and eventually a merger. Even the NRM was cast out of Yoweri Museveni’s Popular Resistance Army and Yusuf Lule’s Uganda Freedom Fighters. As Uganda moves forward we must overcome the political timidity that has kept us in molds that undermine progress. Some of us are determined to defy conventions and work for a new political template.

Yesterday during market identification, I was impressed by the rising demand for our fortified grain kalo, coffee, tea, spices, brown sugar, Hass avocado and its by-products, together with other Ugandan products. A brother, friend, and colleague in business informed me that all we need now is affordable and reliable air cargo availability, and we shall double our exports to North America. In Winnipeg, a far city in Manitoba Province, our Ugandan and Ethiopian goods are highly demanded and competitive on the market. Canadians and Americans are increasingly appreciating the quality of African products, especially our coffee, tea, grains, natural spices, Hass avocado, and organic food products. Young people, let us actively participate in commercial farming, even on small pieces of land. Plant coffee, grow Hass avocado, cultivate food crops, and engage in agribusiness because the market for our products is readily available. Agriculture remains one of the biggest opportunities for wealth creation, employment, and national transformation. Let us listen to the message of His Excellency President @KagutaMuseveni on the importance of utilizing even small pieces of land for commercial agriculture. Through discipline, hard work, and modern farming, families can create wealth, improve household incomes, and contribute to national economic transformation. This kisanja, no sleep. All General @mkainerugaba’s generation, and the generations below us, must work hard, innovate, and take advantage of these global opportunities to transform our nation economically. Uganda has the potential to become a major exporter and economic powerhouse in Africa and beyond. Under the visionary leadership of and the continued efforts of the younger generation led by , our nation can consolidate the achievements of our liberation heroes and unlock even greater prosperity for our people. God bless Uganda.
