Real signal in this thread. 21 agents from one 30 year old is the future of org design, not a one-off. The next unlock isn't more agents. It's the testing layer underneath them. Three things his team should bolt on before agent 22: 1. Eval harness. Every agent needs a golden dataset of inputs and expected behaviours. Run it on every prompt change, every model swap. Without this, quality silently drifts the day Anthropic ships a new model. 2. Behavioural guardrails in pre-prod. The PRD agent will hallucinate a customer painpoint that doesn't exist. The email agent will one day send something it shouldn't. Catch it before the courier partner does. 3. Observability. Token cost per agent per task, latency, failure modes, human override rate. If he can't see it, he can't compound it. The builders who win the next decade aren't the ones shipping the most agents. They're the ones whose agents get measurably smarter every week while everyone else's quietly rot. Tell him to read about CI/CD for agents. That's where the moat is.

Few days ago I asked everyone to avoid OnePlus 13, here is an detailed update on why I said so: 1)OnePlus 13 had one of the best cameras (ignoring the focus distance of tele lens). Till January 30, my mum had not updated the phone. The following photos are before the update.

I got my first ever iPhone only in March 2024 - an iPhone 15 Plus. Prior to that, I was on assorted Android phones for 13 years (and BlackBerry, Nokia, Siemens, Samsung Bada, Symbian, before that, since I started owning a mobile phone, in 1999). Oddly enough, I have not felt the need to upgrade or even consider an upgrade since then! This was definitely not the case with all my Android phones (assorted Samsung and OnePlus phones, mainly). Almost every year, I felt that I needed a "better" and "improved" phone. And I did upgrade almost once every two years! With Android, much like Windows in laptops, something or other goes bad, to put it mildly, after some time. The camera feels mildly sluggish, or the OS drags occasionally. The phone heats up faster (and cools), or some apps just shut down more abruptly, often enough that I start to worry. With the iPhone, I have not had anything major or minor enough to start considering an upgrade or an alternative! The battery life is more than good. Camera continues to be stupendously good. Everything works as it should without giving me any reason to complain. In terms of features too, I have no need to consider an upgrade! I have no idea if I'm the only one or if this is a widespread sentiment with iPhones.

@techbharat @beastoftraal that 5 years of android updates doesn't mean a thing bro. I am a huge android fan,but now I'm going to switch to apple.I got one plus 12, with 6 months after updates the things started lagging.Even to call someone have to wait a few seconds.

This is basically Android OEMs used to drastically improve their devices year over year whereas Apple only pushes incremental upgrades to iPhone year over year so users don't see a major difference between two generations of an iPhone. Now, the majority of Android brands have also implemented the same thing. So, people who are still using, for eg Galaxy S23 Ultra are still satisfied even when the S26U is out. Or Pixel 8 users are happy even when Pixel 10 is out... Android phones that fall in the iPhone budget segment also have the same or better stability when compared. Apple offers 5 years of updates whereas Android OEMs are now offering 7 or 8 years of updates.
