Rep. O. K. Chinda, the minority leader of the House of Representatives has commenced his 2026 Empowerment and Training program in his constituency; Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency. The initiative is designed to equip participants with hands-on skills such as tiling, painting, and poultry farming for 200 beneficiaries in this phase, with the goal of fostering self-sufficiency and generating employment. Through this programme, Rep. Chinda is strengthening the capacity of his constituents and laying the foundation for sustainable economic growth.
