@OfficialMOPAR Warranty!! You need to evaluate your approval system. It’s not timely. Plus you not giving any $$$ to cover car rental. My truck has been at the dealership since Thursday of last week. The dealership personnel is slow then they have to follow your process! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

@OfficialMOPAR So you’re saying the only way to check warranty coverage is to create another account?… It’s also important to note the Mopar system can’t validate my VIN. Carfax can but not the manufacturer. Seems on point.

@OfficialMOPAR my mechanic ordered a replacement mgu for a Ram 1500 Big Horn on October 22, 2025. I’ve been without my truck for 14 weeks. That’s a quarter of the year. I’ve called every dealer in a 50 mile radius. I may never buy a stellantis product again.

So I tried to set up to be notified when parts become available for a safety recall, and the mopar website conveniently refuses to work. I didn’t want to not get crushed by my car anyway. And yes the goddamn vin IS 17 characters @OfficialMOPAR @NHTSAgov
