Matt Ogana scored three times, including a 12-yard touchdown reception from Conor Drnek with 18 seconds left that lifted Dover football to a 20-14 win over O’Neill. The Dragons rallied for 14 points in the final two minutes, clinching their first playoff berth since 2001.
