Someone needs to stop agencies from farming content creators Yeah, this post could’ve easily ended here and probably would get great engagement too But I think people are missing the bigger picture I keep seeing posts on the timeline blaming agencies for everything But at the end of the day, it’s a supply and demand thing Agencies are not running charities They’re running businesses If there’s massive demand from creators willing to accept: > terrible rates > raffle-based payouts > spam campaigns > or basically anything for $ (most of the time it’s not even guaranteed) Of course agencies will take advantage of that Business is business And i’m not saying agencies are completely innocent here But the uncomfortable truth is: A lot of creators are allowing themselves to be farmed Creators need to understand their own value, say no more often, and collectively raise the standard
