When allegations were made against one of our MLAs in Kerala, we removed him as Youth Congress President and suspended him from the party even before an FIR was filed. In contrast, Kuldeep Sengar remained in the BJP until he was convicted. If the BJP government in Maharashtra can approach the Supreme Court against the acquittal in the Mumbai blast case because the accused were Muslims, why can the woman Chief Minister of Delhi not approach the Supreme Court against the suspension of Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s jail term by the Delhi High Court?
