Hugely frustrating experience trying to contact a human and dealing with @OmioSupport via their @ada_cx AI Agent. This chatbot will give no direct email address or specific timeframe to resolve an invoice query for my booking. Terrible use case for customer service!

@OmioGlobal Your company and Xcover insurance are fraudulent and I am going to take legal action to attain everything plus more that I am owed! Omio have been no support with how Flixbus dealt with my case with them being over 3 hours delayed Xcover insurance false advertising.

@Juanesrroel @OmioGlobal @OmioSupport I’m going to stop using Omio from now on. Only use to check the price comparison and buy straight from the provider. Any cancellation can direct refund but not from Omio. They will send robot to answer nonsense.
