Having a sick child can be absolutely and totally consuming for any parent. It’s easy for a parent to forget about their own health, especially mental health. @heylandsberg has a really important reminder for all parents on today’s #Landsblog: do not forget about yourself.

As a 2x suicide survivor each birthday I see is a victory because it is all I have to remind me that I never gave up!! 45 years and Im still here #SickNotWeak Man this past year was rough....but I choose to fight

Why do I have a hard time expressing myself now when at one time I wouldnt shut up? Oh yeah barking up the wrong tree almost cost me everything so I struggle now but miss the friends and feedback I used to have...im still here though
