@ecomcolin It depends on your holding period, which can be 7 or 14 days (or less) if you’re grandfathered in I believe… Ex: buyer purchases item on 12/13. Expected delivery is 12/15. Youll get funds available on the 29th added to your balance

How long after sales on Amazon does that hit your account balance? Had a massive sales day yesterday and doesn’t seem to have affected my payout balance at all.

@ecomcolin I've been noticing the same thing lately...if you override to GA, it will impact the OTDR. As long as you have the volume it should be okay but it's a shitty spot to be in overall :/

@DaveTrades_ It's so easy I don't even think you need one. Just be like "This order was sold and shipped FBA and the customer has been refunded due to not receiving order. This is Amazon's responsibility..." That's the general gist

If an FBA order is ever refunded for reason "Order Not Received" open a ticket with Amazon. Those are easy wins that'll instantly put money back in the business
