Yesterday’s UCL-@PacBio RNA Symposium, hosted @UCLIoN, highlighted the power of HiFi sequencing in transcriptomics! With a variety of talks ranging from an introduction to @LRS_UCL, Emil Gustavsson's talk on Proteogenomics for comprehensive transcript analysis, and Liz Tseng introducing the new PacBio Kinnex kits to further increase throughput in RNA applications - it was an insightful day learning about the latest advancements in RNA seq! 🧬@UCLBrainScience @Magdoll @LaurenWeineck @em_ka_gu
