Due to a repair to the Rail Road tracks at NE 56th ST., the roadway will be closed in this area. No traffic will be allowed to flow South of NE 23rd St or North of Sloan's Way or Metro East Dr. during the time of this road closure. The repairs will take 4-6 hours to complete.

A snow ordinance is in effect for Pleasant Hill, IA tonight 12/11/2020 at 5pm through Saturday 12/12/2020 until 9pm.

The City of Pleasant Hill is declaring that an Emergency Parking Ban for Snow Removal will go into effect for the City of Pleasant Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. The parking ban will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020.

On Oct. 23 City leaders broke ground on the new Police Station, which will be located at Martha L. Miller Dr and NE 70th St in Pleasant Hill. Thank you to the Pleasant Hill City Council, Pleasant Hill Planning & Zoning, Pleasant Hill City staff, and Confluence for the design.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department would like to thank Kevin Hunt with Oneok for their generous donation to the police department! Partnerships like these help keep our officers and community safe! Their donation will be used to purchase new equipment for our patrol officers.

This Saturday, October 26th, we will be accepting unused prescription medication for disposal from 10am to 2 pm. Drop offs can be made at the Pleasant Hill Police Department at 5151 Maple Dr. Pleasant Hill.
