General Category Students with scores 100% in Exam were Rejected for Government Job. Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) for Junior System Engineer had 50% Reservations with additional 10 Marks for SC/ST/OBC Students. Many General Category Students scored 90/90 marks in exam but got 0 Bonus Marks due to being a General. This makes it 90/100 of total marks they scored. And so they got rejected for the Job. If scoring 100% marks in exam is not enough to land you a Job then its better to leave this country for your own good.

मधुबनी में राष्ट्रीय डिजाइन संस्थान की स्थापना के लिए पहल। नई दिल्ली में माननीय केंद्रीय वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल जी से मुलाकात कर बिहार के मधुबनी जिले में राष्ट्रीय डिजाइन संस्थान (National Institute of Design) की स्थापना का आग्रह किया तथा इस संबंध में उन्हें एक विस्तृत पत्र भी सौंपा। इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार करने के आश्वासन के लिए मैं माननीय मंत्री जी का आभारी हूं। माननीय मंत्री जी को बताया कि मधुबनी विश्व प्रसिद्ध मिथिला पेंटिंग, जो यूनेस्को द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त कला विधा है, की उद्गम स्थली है। जिले के गांवों में हजारों कलाकार इस कला परंपरा से जुड़े हैं। पारंपरिक दीवार चित्रकला से आगे बढ़ते हुए आज मिथिला पेंटिंग वस्त्र, फैशन, हस्तशिल्प और डिजिटल माध्यमों तक अपनी विशिष्ट पहचान बना चुकी है तथा विश्वभर की प्रतिष्ठित कला दीर्घाओं में सराहना प्राप्त कर रही है। मिथिला पेंटिंग की वैश्विक प्रतिष्ठा का प्रमाण इस बात से भी मिलता है कि आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने नीदरलैंड की अपनी हालिया यात्रा के दौरान वहां के प्रधानमंत्री को मछली के रूपांकन वाली मधुबनी पेंटिंग उपहार में दी थी। स्पष्ट है कि मिथिला चित्रकला आज भारत की सांस्कृतिक विरासत की गौरवशाली पहचान बन चुकी है। मिथिला पेंटिंग के साथ-साथ अरिपन चित्रकला, सुजनी कढ़ाई, सिक्की शिल्प और बांस कला जैसी कई अन्य पारंपरिक विधाएं भी इस क्षेत्र की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत को नई ऊंचाई प्रदान करती हैं। मिथिला प्राचीन काल से दर्शन, तर्कशास्त्र और पारंपरिक शिक्षा का महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र रहा है। ऐसे में मधुबनी में राष्ट्रीय डिजाइन संस्थान (NID) की स्थापना न केवल इस क्षेत्र की गौरवशाली सांस्कृतिक विरासत को सशक्त करेगी, बल्कि स्थानीय युवाओं, कलाकारों और विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक डिजाइन शिक्षा, नवाचार और रोजगार के नए अवसर भी उपलब्ध कराएगी। मेरा मानना है कि मधुबनी में NID की स्थापना भारत की पारंपरिक कला और समकालीन डिजाइन शिक्षा के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण सेतु का कार्य भी करेगी। इस संबंध में बिहार सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता, प्रस्तावित स्थल तथा संस्थान की स्थापना के औचित्य से जुड़ा प्रस्ताव भी माननीय मंत्री जी को सौंपा। इस प्रस्ताव पर केंद्र सरकार की ओर से सकारात्मक पहल के प्रति आशान्वित हूं। #NationalInstituteOfDesign #MithilaPainting #Madhubani #Mithila @PiyushGoyal @CimGOI @NID_India
