@b98_christian @mueller_fe @muenchen @BayStMI Danke auch für die Mühe! Heißt das, daß es überhaupt keine Regel im BayIfSMV gibt, wonach Fitnessstudios innen öffnen dürfen? Ich lese dort ab Inzidenz von 100 und mehr komplett verboten, darunter nur außen erlaubt. Wo ist da eine Perspektive?

@PSchueffler @mueller_fe @muenchen @BayStMI Die Allgemeinverfügung gilt mithin nicht für Fitnessstudios, weil diese nicht von der Ermächtigungsnorm (§ 27 I 12.BayIfSMV) erfasst werden.

Fitness ab Mittwoch in #München offen? Die großen Betreiber wie Fitness First und Fit X gingen fest davon aus und hatten alles vorbereitet. KVR konnte nachmittags nichts dazu sagen, was erlaubt ist. Jetzt meldet Innenministerium: Alles bleibt dicht.

@b98_christian @mueller_fe Ein Fitnessstudio ist eben auch kontaktfreier Sport. Das Erste wird mit § 11 Abs. 5 momentan nur aussen gewährt, das Zweite aber mit § 27 Abs. 1 nach Übereinkunft zw. @muenchen und @BayStMI auch innen. Was gilt nun?

@mueller_fe umfasst, war bereits seit über zwei Wochen klar, dass FitX und McFit nicht öffnen dürfen. Die Fitnessstudioketten blieb also genügend Zeit, um Anwälte zu konsultieren, die sämtliche Zweifel nur mit einem Blick in die Verordnung ausräumen hätten können!
